Terms of Use

These Terms apply to the TravelSim mobile app (the “App”). By using the App you agree to them.

1. A simulator, not a travel agency

TravelSim is entertainment and planning practice. No flight, hotel, tour, car or other service is ever booked, and no payment is ever taken. Booking IDs, confirmations and “payments” in the App are fictional and have no value. Do not rely on the App to travel.

2. Prices and inventory

Prices, availability, airlines, hotels, private jets, vehicles and Dream Mode experiences are fictional or illustrative and may not match real-world offers. Real place and attraction names are used only to describe destinations; no affiliation or endorsement is implied.

3. Free to use

The App is currently free, with every feature included. If optional paid features are ever added, people who used the App during the free launch (“founding members”) will keep everything free for them today at no charge. Any paid features would be offered through Apple with their price shown before purchase.

4. Photos and content

Destination and attraction photos are by photographers who share their work under the Unsplash License, the Pexels License or Creative Commons, and are credited in the App. Hotel images are illustrative; vehicle and Dream Mode images are AI-generated illustrations. The App’s design and text belong to TravelSim. Please don’t copy, resell or redistribute the App.

5. Apple’s terms

Because you downloaded the App from the App Store, Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies. Where it conflicts with these Terms, Apple’s agreement takes priority.

6. Disclaimer

The App is provided “as is”, without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights you have under consumer laws that cannot be excluded.
